Here you can find a variety of traditionally painted artwork I've created, each holding special meaning to me. They often began as an image within my head, one that would evolve into an abstract representation of what I visualized.
SPLIT ROAD
Often we feel our outer selves don't match our inner selves, whether it be creative, emotional, or other. This piece is a reminder that it's okay to not thread down one road.
Wandering Touch
Lonely and wandering, a ghostly figure roams the earth to find the place she once perished. They wander without much direction or sight for that matter but all is revealed upon their touch.
SAMURAI OCEAN
​Created entirely out of makeup, this piece depicts a vast ocean of troubles and identity a lone samurai must walk through much like most of us.
THE GOLDEN IRISH CLIFFS
Based off the cliffsides of Ireland, a sight I've witnessed many of times, this piece reminds me of my childhood, and a glimpse into the beauty of colour in these sights.
AWAKENING OCEAN
Based on the immensely popular Zelda series, I did my own take on the illusory land of Koholint Island.
PURPLE OASIS
This piece was an experiment into the various non-natural colours seen in a quick flash of an image. The purples and blues reflect an abstract view of the natural ocean, one I often see within my own normal sight.
BLUE ANGEL
A concept image created with the idea of a tortured angel with a kind soul. I imagined someone who didn't originally wish to be an angel, found with wings painfully sprouting from their back. This concept art began the delve into my character creation journey.
